Learn simple techniques to create abstract paintings and make a leap from figurative, representational painting to the world of abstract. We will explore ways to express the interior state of the artist with a warm up, visual chord exercise; then deconstruct images into their essence using geometric synthesis and simplified form. We will be painting with acrylics on canvas. Ages 7 to adult.
