An Ocean Of Art Challenge: Now Through September 10

Another pre-festival challenge leading up to Ocean Institute’s Maritime Festival is Art Aboard, co-presented by Blick Art Materials. Participants will select a challenge from a “Sea Chest of Projects” to express their creativity through art. From sand sketching to sculpting an urchin, participants post their masterpieces online in a competition that highlights the beauty of the sea with prizes given for various categories.

Prizes for best submissions on the projects below in the following categories: K- Grade 2, Grades 3-5, Grades 6-8, Grades 9-12.
