Join the bakers at Le Pain Quotidien in Fashion Island, to learn the art of artisan pizza making. Students will make pizza dough (to take home) and individual artisan pizzas. Once the pizzas have finished in the ovens, students will sit down to enjoy their handiwork at a communal table, served with organic mesclun salad.
