ASQ Developmental Screenings

Our Way to Play Day this month is focusing on Play & Social interaction! Join us for this fun-filled day as our Way to Play Guide shows you how you can make your playtime in the museum more educational! Our friends from Help Me Grow Orange County, Irvine/Laguna Beach School Readiness Nurses, and Healthy Smiles OC will be offering FREE dental, vision, and speech and language screenings, and developmental to assess your child’s speech, motor, cognitive, and social skills!

Every month, Pretend City offers FREE developmental screenings for your little one to ensure they are developmentally on track. Nurses from Irvine and Laguna Beach unified school districts are here to assess your child’s speech, motor, cognitive and social areas using the Ages and Stages Questionnaires. These ASQs are always available to check on your child’s health, and early diagnosis of developmental delays can help give your child the best opportunity to reach his/her full potential.
