Enjoy a free outdoor workshop on Ayurveda and Art at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center
Learn about Ayurveda, daily routines and meditation techniques for their body type then, create a wellness collage.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat/blanket to sit on.
Workshop will be held outdoors with face coverings required.
Led by Stephannie Bobadilla with Artist Willie Tabata and supported with a grant from Banyan Botanicals.
