Balboa's La Strada dell'Arte

During this 3rd annual chalk art festival, some of the best Southern California chalk artists will create beautiful chalk murals on the pavement. A special area will be designated for children to create their own masterpieces as well.

Balboa Village Merchants Association is a proud partner of Imagination Celebration.
