Free Online Ballet Class with Backhausdance

This week Backhausdance (BD) Online presents ballet with Amie Lee Kilgore.  This 55-minute follow-along ballet endurance barre is designed to prepare dancers for the physical demand of lengthy stage performances. Includes floor strength and stretch series.  

Class is FREE and your donations are greatly appreciated. Previous participants will receive Zoom links for all future classes.
