Beginning Glass Painting

This class will cover the basic foundational technique for glass painting: the tracing line and the matting process. We will explore the traditional technique centuries old and still used today to create beautiful painted windows. In this workshop, students will learn how to mix and apply glass based pigments. We will cover the basic tools of the trade including brushes, pigments and painting mediums. Each student will take home painted pieces at the end of the day.
