Celebrate Lil' Women & S.T.E.A.M. Roles

Join Pretend City as we celebrate Women (little) in S.T.E.A.M. roles.  We will celebrate women and the impact they’ve made to society.

Did you know that a woman invented the circular saw? The newspaper?

Children will put their methods of observation to the test and use their senses to make hypotheses about secret smells and unidentified objects.

Purpose: This activity emphasizes focus and concentration, allows children to make connections to their natural world, promotes social and communication skills, and encourages mindfulness and attention to their surrounding environment.
