Citizen Science: A Training for Educators

Calling all educators and soon-to-be educators! Learn to incorporate hands-on learning into your curriculum with our first citizen science workshop. Naturalist Fiorella Gardella will show you how to look for butterflies, hummingbirds, and plants and record the data into a database. Teachers will benefit from training and the opportunity to practice their new skills teaching some ENC middle school and high school age volunteers. Remember to bring your own camera and laptop if you can! Admission is free.
