Create a Heart Collage with LOCA Arts

LOCA Arts Challenge is live on Instagram!  For the final weeks of summer, LOCA challenges everyone to design a heart collage or assemblage, and share your work! @locaarts #locaartschallenge

To participate, collect favorite art supplies, collectibles, or beloved objects, and arrange them into a heart shape. Take a photo with your cell phone.  Upload your photo to Instagram.
