Cypress: Yoga + Author Talk

Join us for Self-Care Saturday an exhilarating event highlighting wellness and social connection, this program will put a modern, non-alcoholic twist on classic drink recipes at the Cypress Library.

The day starts with a Yoga & Stretch Class with  Joy Veluz (bring your own yoga mat or towel).  Stay for an Author Talk & Demo with Derick Santiago is a mixologist and author of the recipe book “The Mocktail Club.”
