Drop-in Art Lab Projects

 While Kidseum is closed during installation (until December 7) the Bowers Museum will be hosting drop-in art activities lead by Kidseum art instructors. Drop-in art will be offered every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Join Kidseum staff at the Bowers Museum on Saturday, November 1 to create a festive papel picado to take home.
Papel picado literally means 'punched' or 'perforated' paper. This traditional cut paper folk art is found throughout Mexico and the former colonies of Spain as well as in the folk traditions of many other countries.
