Bonjour! You are cordially invited to the Balboa Branch for an afternoon of elegant crafts and scrumptious treats based on the Fancy Nancy books. Do come dressed in your fanciest attire!

Especially for kids ages 3–5. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Funded by generous contributions from the Friends of the Library.
