The ancient Egyptians highly valued personal adornment, and jewelry was worn by both men and women of all social classes. Your children can design and decorate their own Egyptian Collars using glow in the dark art materials. Visit the Bowers Museum Mummies of the World Exhibition to explore real Egyptian Mummies.
3D Paper Sarcophagus
A sarcophagus is a carved, usually a stone container, that houses a coffin and an Egyptian mummy. Sarcophagi were often ornately carved, decorated or elaborately constructed. Have your children decorate and design their own Paper Sarcophagus using glow-in-the-dark crayons.
