Help Blind Children’s Learning Center in Santa Ana change the lives of visually-impaired children with Empowering Possibilities – a giving day for OC neighbors with disabilities. Along with six other amazing disability service organizations, this day of giving unites our voices and platforms in order to empower thousands of individuals with disabilities.
