Los Angeles jazz singer Cathy Segal-Garcia is a vocalist, composer, teacher, and creator of vocal jazz workshops. She has also performed in the United States and abroad and is the founding member of two bands; i.e. The Moment (modern jazz band) and Fish to Birds (a seven singer group).
