Latte Art Seminar with a Cause – All ticket sales benefit Australian Red Cross, currently providing immediate assistance through grants for people whose homes were destroyed or structurally damaged in the recent bushfires, as well as for people hospitalized for injuries in the fires.  Your ticket includes food and beverages generously provided by Common Room Roasters. Come join us in Orange County at Common Room Roasters for a Latte Art Seminar with United States Latte Art Championship Past Champion Angie Chun. We will kick off the night with a tasting event at 5:30pm put on by Common Room Roasters, followed by a milk presentation put on by Straus Family Creamery. During this presentation, Straus will share with our audience some interesting milk science facts! In the second part of this event, there will be two modules presented by the USLAC Past Champion Angie Chun and her brother, USLAC 3rd place William Park. Angie and William will be demonstrating free pour and etching techniques. They will be showcasing some designer pours, as well as presenting simple ways to incorporate these two skills into daily cafe life to create highly aesthetically pleasing beverages.
