Lecture Series: Art Between the Wars: Russian Avant-Garde

The devastation of World War I will greatly affect the arts. We will consider the artistic reaction to this trauma considering the work of those that participate in the Return to Order as well as those that rail against rationalism such as the Dada and the Surrealist artists. Presented by Annalee Andres, art historian, Art in Context.
