LibroMobile: Literary Arts Festival

LibroMobile invites the community to the 5th Literary Arts Festival, a celebration uniting cultures through written word, arts, and music while providing opportunities to BIPOC artists.  The free festival offers live readings, collaborative and musical performances culminating with the presentation of the Modesta Avila Award.

We’re pleased The Turning Wheel Project/Barrio Bus with the Chicano Park Museum and Cultural Center will be onsite, too.  And Taller Bula will offer a 5 p.m. Bomba (a dance, drum, song) workshop.

• 6 pm  Modesta Avila Award & Keynote Speaker: Elvia Susana Rubalcava
• 6:30 pm  Music Performance – Taller Bula
