LOCA’s annual art-filled fundraising event will be Sunday, March 29 at the historical Bridge Hall at Neighborhood Congregational Church.  Join us in celebrating artist and arts advocate Scott Moore. Enjoy great food and wine, games for grown-ups, live music, art auctions, and fun! Proceeds support LOCAs educational programs for everyone.
