LPAPA Gallery: Inspired by Kleitsch

Join the artists of the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association (LPAPA) Gallery during June’s First Thursdays Art Walk as we debut works inspired by California artist, Joseph Kleitsch (1882-1931).  Kleitsch moved to Laguna Beach in 1920 after becoming enchanted with the art colony and created many paintings of our seaside village and its surroundings.

Inspired by Kleitsch features artwork by several of LPAPA Signature artists tasked with completing Kleitsch-inspired paintings. Works created for this collaborative project between and the Laguna Art Museum (LAM) will be based on the paintings that will be exhibited at LAM’s upcoming exhibition.
