Meet long-distance, open-water swimmer, Lynne Cox and listen to the stories of her remarkable swims across the English Channel, around the Strait of Magellan and across the Bering Strait from the U.S. to Soviet Union. A mesmerizing storyteller and inspirational speaker, Lynne will also talk about her new book Elizabeth, Queen of the Seas, the story of a real-life elephant seal who made her home in the Avon River in the city of Christchurch, New Zealand.
