Master Artist Series with David Kassan

Internationally recognized, contemporary American painter, filmmaker, and philanthropist, David Kassan, will give a lecture on the process and inspiration behind his work. Kassan is best known for his life-size representational paintings, which combine figurative subjects with abstract backgrounds or trompe-l'œil texture studies.

As part of its nationally-ranked representational Fine Arts undergraduate and graduate programs, LCAD offers an ongoing lecture series of master painters to speak about their work to students and faculty. This lecture is free and is open to the public.
