Join Upstream reggae at the free Under the Sea outdoor concert as they open for the Pacific Symphony at Oso Viejo Park. Bring the entire family for the Prelude in the Park from 4-7 pm featuring a children's musical playground, activities, food vendors, and of course, the live music of Upstream.
