Muzeo: Hyun Ae Kang

Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center in Anaheim presents Dialogues with The Sacred:  Hyun Ae Kang.

Korean artist Hyun Ae Kang combines Korean religion with Western Modernist art practices to create stunning pieces that create a sense of meditation and connection with the divine.  Kang draws upon the Korean “Dansaekhwa” art tradition in creating her works, layering and removing paint and materials, creating large, monochromatic paintings of explosive color and texture.

Dialogues With The Sacred will exhibit Kang’s masterful mixed media paintings and serene sculptural pieces produced over the last three years.
