OCCTAC Performs at Festival of Children

Join the talented children of Orange County Children’s Therapeutic Arts Center (OCCTAC) on September 10 at South Coast Plaza. Our OCCTAC dancers and musicians will perform at the Carousel Court.  Come support our children and enjoy the free festival activities.

Weekends enjoy free performances from over 70 youth-serving organizations plus creative activities, and celebrity appearances.
