OCSA's Creative Writing: Scarefest 2021

The CW Scarefest is in the tradition of a 24-hour theater bake-off, which gives the playwrights just 24 hours to write an original one-act play using specific prompts. Actors have half a day to rehearse before the stage-reading with props. Prompts for this Halloween-themed festival include a character, line of dialogue, and prop pulled from a hat the day before the event. For example: A vegan werewolf, a haunted toaster, and "Hey you kids! Get off my grave!"
