On Exhibit: Dylan Mortimer

Soka University invites the community to experience an exhibit of Dylan Mortimer:  The Flames of Heaven in our Founder’s Hall Gallery. The Flames of Heaven: Dylan Mortimer exhibits the symbols that collide in Dylan’s work fuse anatomical, biological, and medical imagery with spiritual and religious themes. His work employs a variety of materials to evoke a sparkling transformation from the deadly disease he was diagnosed with at birth, providing a glimmer of hope in spite of a grim prognosis.
