Outdoor Dance Fitness @ Argyros Plaza

Segerstrom Center for the Arts (SCFTA) invites you to our Wellness Workshop Dance Fitness Saturdays outdoors on the Argyros Plaza.  These upbeat dance fitness classes will be led by Center dance instructor, Amanda Cobb.

Classes will be outdoors and socially distanced allowing plenty of room to groove.  Grab a buddy, whether it’s a coworker, best friend, or family member, having someone to join you at this workout will ensure a ton of fun.

These dance-inspired workouts are for all ages and ability levels, no dance experience is required.
