Painting the Light of Spring

An Artists’ Reception will be held 4-8 p.m., Saturday, April 23, at the Randy Higbee Gallery for “Painting the Light of Spring,” an exhibition of plein air works created by members of the Southern California Plein Air Painters Assn. More than 50 original scenes of iconic sites and images from around the world will be on display. Prizes for the juried show will be awarded by judge Daniel Foster, former executive director of the Oceanside Museum.
