Pregnancy is an excellent time to practice yoga, a technique for improving the health and vitality of mind, body and spirit. Connect with your baby through breathing exercises and gentle yoga poses, while developing strength, stamina and balance. All stages of pregnancy are welcome. Bring a yoga mat.
