November 15: “Judah and Mohammed” What is it like to grow up in the shadow of military conflict and occupation? Judah & Mohammad closely follow eighteen months in the lives of two fifteen year old boys, one Israeli and one Palestinian. For the first time cameras were allowed to film inside Israeli and Palestinian classrooms, providing an intimate and telling insight into teenage life and attitudes in the region and in particular how the education systems of both societies prepare their children for an uncertain future.

December 6: “Undressing Israel: Gay Men in the Promised Land”
Undressing Israel examines Israel’s thriving gay community and features interviews with a diverse range of local men, including a gay member of Israel’s parliament, a young Arab-Israeli journalist and a pair of dads raising their kids.
