Shop Small Saturday at SOCO + The OC Mix!

Small Business Saturday is also the kick-off event for SOCO’s Holidays by Design events, which consist of live music inside The OC Mix from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. along with a holiday-themed photo booth available from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Plus, kiddos are invited to take part in Holiday Storytime with Mrs. Claus hosted by the Chuck Jones Center from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. that will feature a “Frosty the Snowman” book reading and snowman mask construction craft.  While Holiday Storytime with Mrs. Claus is FREE to attend, guests must RSVP in advance online.

On Saturday, November 30, American Express will host its annual Small Business Saturday, which encourages customers to support their local stores and shop small.  Because SOCO has so many small + local businesses inside The OC Mix, the center invites guests to contribute to the local community on Small Business Saturday by purchasing items from participating OC Mix businesses including Local Fare, Van Brunt Optical Haus, Savory Spice Shop, We Olive, Milk & Honey Baby, Blue Skies, Bono Spera, Miel, Chuck Jones Gallery, Rich Elixirs, Bearfruit Jewelry, Farmers Market, Eva’s Trunk, and more!  All participating stores will have complimentary SOCO + The OC Mix tote bags to give to the first few guests that day, so be sure to get an early start!
