Summer Yoga @ Sherman Gardens

Enjoy a refreshing outdoor yoga class with instructor Darnell Renee in the beautiful surroundings of the Sherman Gardens.  An all levels class, bring a mat, towel, and hydration.

Class begins with conscious breathwork to build awareness of the breath-body connection. Then open the body with gentle stretching followed by a light Yoga Vinyasa Flow, followed by balancing and strength building Hatha poses. Feel the peacefulness and relaxation as you finish your practice in the calming environment of nature.

All participants must pre-register.  No walk-ins allowed.  No refunds.
