The Culinary and Hospitality Conservatory presents The College Student Cooking class for students 14 and up or accompanied by an adult. Chef Daniel Mattos has prepared a menu consisting of ramen shrimp and vegetables, homemade marinara, bolognese sauce pizza, and stromboli. Closed toe shoes are required and aprons are provided for in class use, but please bring storage containers for any left overs you wish to take home.
