The Joy of Painting Donuts

There is a special joy that comes in the capturing of the dough, sugared tops, sprinkles, and emulating frosting with a palette knife full of paint. Join Chloe Allred for this fun introductory oil painting workshop where she will walk you through setting up your painting, arranging your still life, and the how-to’s of proper paint application. The class will include a live painting demo that you will paint along with and palette mixing techniques.

Supply List
Oil Paints: Cadmium Yellow, Yellow Ochre, Burnt Umber, Cadmium Red, Alizarin Crimson, Ultramarine Blue, Phalo Green, and Titanium White
Medium: Gamblin Solvent Free Gel or any medium of your choice.
Painting Surface: Canvas or panel. Recommended: tone surface a neutral grey prior to workshop.
