Manet and the Ecole des Batignolles
Before long, Manet attracted a group of young artists around him which came to be called the School of Batignolles. Some members of this group would go on to be the great Impressionist painters. We will look at their early work. Presented by Annalee Andres, art historian, Art in Context.
