Vietnam A Journey Back with Judge Rick King

Heroes Hall is proud to announce that OC Superior Court Judge Rick King will launch the 2023 Speaker Series – Vietnam A Journey Back: Judge Rick King.  Join us for the free historical, community series.

Judge King entered the Navy at 18 in 1965. By age 20, he was a “Seabee” in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. In January of 1968, while working to rebuild Hwy 1, his unit found themselves in the middle of the Tet Offensive. Through video, still images and commentary, Judge King will describe the battle, its aftermath, and his journey across the country to locate the next of kin. He will also tell of his emotional return to the battlefield 50 years later with families of the fallen.
