Four Seasons Youth Orchestra

The Four Seasons Youth Orchestra is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization based in Orange County in Southern California. The program is tier-based, and allows young musicians at all levels of expertise to participate; each new season brings an opportunity to “graduate” to another ensemble. We have recently taken musicians on performance tours in such diverse locales as both Western and Eastern Europe and China, and performed in New York’s Carnegie Hall.  In June, 2013, we returned to the Sydney Opera House in Australia, where Four Seasons won the Silver Medal in an Australian Youth Music Festival. Dr. Roger Hickman is our founder; Dr. Dean Anderson is our Music Director and conductor of our flagship ensemble, La Primavera.

We rehearse on Sunday afternoons at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo.

The Four Seasons Youth Orchestra is self-supporting through tuition, private donations, and grants.  We offer scholarships to deserving students in need and internships to college students.
