The Department of Arts and Culture seeks qualifications from experienced and professional consultants to establish a diverse prequalified list of individuals and/or companies to provide professional development and technical assistance services on an as-needed basis in the following five categories: Event Production; Organizational Skill Development and/or Technical Assistance; Training or Capacity Building: Racial Justice and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion); and Coordination and/or Facilitation of Arts Education and Youth Development.
