Modern art Services and Nancy Harrell announce a Request for Qualifications to identify qualified artists to develop a site-specific artwork to serve as a prominent welcoming feature in the lobby area of a health care facility.

The RFQ is the first phase of a three phased process concluding with the installation of a single art object. Up to three artists will be selected from the RFQ and be given a stipend of $1,500 to develop their art concept. Of the concepts, one artist will be selected to move forward with fabrication and installation.
