The Orange County Children's Center for Therapeutic Arts (OCCTAC) seeks a Case Manager for our Family Mentoring Program.

The Family Mentoring Support Program is designed to reach out, aid, and mentor people and families who have disabilities.  Case Managers are responsible for transitioning the family to a more self-sufficient state with the use of continuous Referral-and-Linkage Process, which is the process in which Case Managers refer and link the need-based resources to caregivers while keeping compliance with internal regulations.
