The Chorus Administrator is a part-time role responsible for administrative tasks in a variety of functional areas. The Chorus Administrator supports the Board members and committees/task forces, the Artistic Director, and the Assistant Director as needed. The Chorus Administrator reports to the Board President. Skills and qualities of a successful candidate include the ability to manage multiple priorities and to appropriately prioritize tasks; strong organizational skills; excellent communication and customer service skills; trustworthiness in managing confidential information; a willingness to learn new things (for example, specific software used to manage the chorus and its business); and a commitment to the mission of the OCWC. The role may be conducted onsite at the OCWC’s offices in Laguna Hills, but may also be a hybrid role combining onsite and at home hours. Hours may vary from as few as zero to as many as twenty in any given week, depending on the activities during the season. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
