Information: |
No entry fee. Artists may submit 1 (one) 8.5" x 11" palette design via physical drop-off to the Cultural Arts Department at City Hall, 505 Forest Avenue, or by email to mmcgregor@lagunabeachcity.net. Selected artists will be provided with a 4’ x 3’ wooden palette on which to paint their proposed design. Completed palettes are displayed from lampposts throughout the city during the holidays. |
