The California Partnership for the Future of Learning (P4L) is seeking to partner with California-based artists to create original artwork that envisions community schools as places where students, families, communities, and educators are authentic partners in shaping opportunities, healing, and learning for all.  Each commissioned artist will submit at least two original pieces of art in their chosen medium.

P4L is a statewide alliance of community organizing and advocacy groups advancing a shared vision of a transformational, racially just education system built for us all.  P4L is focused on ensuring this investment is used to create racially just, relationship-centered schools where power and decisions are shared with students, families, educators, and community. These schools are the foundation of a transformational education system built by and for us all.

Each selected artist will receive a commission of $1750 plus a $250 supply stipend to produce two original works of art in their chosen medium.
