The Los Angeles Department of Arts and Culture invites proposals from organizations that can provide a comprehensive Media Career Pathways Prototype for LA County opportunity youth, youth in or transitioning out of foster care, youth impacted by the justice system, and low-income youth of color, all of whom face significant structural and social barriers to entering family-sustaining careers in the media professions. This project builds on and is in compliment to the Department of Economic Opportunity’s Film and Digital Media Initiative.
