Free cultural celebration with RSVP
The UCI School of Social Ecology and Northgate González Market are proud to bring you this year’s Día de los Muertos Arts & Cultural Celebration at the Irvine Barclay Theater. Our Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is all about celebration, education and representation.
The Día de los Muertos event focuses on honoring our Latino culture. The School of Social Ecology has the highest number of Latino students on campus. They make up 46% of our student population. From first-generation students to faculty, staff and alumni, we celebrate together.
