The City of Laguna Beach Arts Commission invites the community to view the 2023 Juried Fine Art Exhibition at City Hall.   This free exhibition features works by 29 Orange County artists and was juried by Gerard Basil Stripling.

This program is funded by the lodging establishments and City of Laguna Beach.
