Join us for a healthful take on beloved food traditions that are gluten free and paleo kosher recipes for the holidays and every day. Simone has you covered for healthy recipes with the nostalgia of Bubbe’s cooking tips i.e. matzo balls, challah, deli sandwiches, sweet potato latkes, apple kugel, and black & white cookies. Lunch will be served with recipes from her cookbook at noon and book will be available for sale and signing.
